- To live into my 90s as one of those cantakerous little old ladies with 10x as much energy as the youngsters I run circles around
- To get off my BP meds (completed)
- To go swimming with my daughter and stop making excuses every time she asks because I don't want to deal with appearing in a bathing suit in public (I've done it once, but it's winter. Let's see what happens when summer comes.)
To start ballroom dancing, get a partner and compete on the amateur circuitTo complete a Sprint Triathlon- To get rid of my plantar fasciitis once and for all (looking good, but won't know for sure until I stop using the inserts)
- To be at least a size 10, maybe smaller, and to shop in regular stores and not just the fat old lady department at Macys (second half has happened, still working on the first half)
- To get rid of my GERD (completed)
- To get down to 175 (completed)
- To no longer be clinically obese (oh so close)
- To get down to 155
- To get down to 13
50 (possible goal weight?) - To walk 10,000 steps a day at least 4 days a week (completed)
